Minimum Age Requirement

Any account found engaging in such activities will be immediately suspended or permanently removed. Where required by applicable law, we may preserve relevant information and report such activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you believe that:

A user is under the age of 18;
A child may be at risk;
You encounter Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM);
You observe grooming, exploitation, or any behavior involving minors that violates this policy;

Account Verification and Moderation

To help protect our community, Viooba may use account verification measures, moderation processes, and user reporting mechanisms to identify and remove accounts that violate our Child Safety Policy or our Terms of Service.

Parents and Guardians

If you believe that someone under the age of 18 has created a Viooba account, please contact us immediately at support@viooba.com. Upon verification, we will take appropriate action, which may include suspending or permanently deleting the account in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
