Welcome to Viooba.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Viooba application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Viooba is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we have reason to believe that a user does not meet the age requirement.

2. License to Use (End User License Agreement – EULA)

Dream DDF FZ-LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Viooba application solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or resell the App.

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service.

Any violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account and the immediate revocation of this license.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings within the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles.

• Impersonate another person or organization.

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.

• Upload, post, or share illegal, offensive, hateful, violent, abusive, or sexually exploitative content.

• Upload content that you do not own or are not legally authorized to use.

• Share another person's personal information without consent.

• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited commercial messages.

• Use bots, automated software, scripts, or scraping tools.

• Attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.

• Circumvent security features, payment systems, or moderation systems.

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, or permanent termination.

5. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit to Viooba, including profile information, photos, videos, messages, and other materials.

By submitting content, you grant Dream DDF FZ-LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, moderating, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content.

• Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or abusive material.

We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Users may report inappropriate content or behavior through the App or by contacting support.

6. Coins, Premium Features and Payments

Viooba may offer virtual Coins, Premium memberships, and other digital products or features.

Virtual Coins:

• Have no monetary value.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Cannot be transferred outside the Service.

• May only be used within Viooba.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe.

Digital products are generally considered delivered immediately after purchase.

Refunds are only granted where required by applicable law or by the policies of the respective payment provider or app store.

7. Subscriptions

Viooba may offer auto-renewing Premium subscriptions that provide access to additional features and services.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

• Deleting your Viooba account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

• Subscription prices may vary depending on your country, currency, or applicable taxes.

• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Viooba Service, including but not limited to its software, source code, algorithms, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, text, databases, features, and other content, is the exclusive property of Dream DDF FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of Dream DDF FZ-LLC.

9. Moderation, Reporting and Safety

Viooba provides tools that allow users to report inappropriate content, abusive behavior, and violations of these Terms.

We may review reported profiles, messages, images, or other content and take appropriate action, including warnings, content removal, account restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.

We do not guarantee that all user-generated content will be reviewed before publication.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account if:

• These Terms are violated.

• Applicable laws are violated.

• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity is detected.

• The safety of users or the integrity of the Service is threatened.

Termination of an account may result in the permanent loss of access to profiles, messages, Coins, Premium features, and other digital content, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Dream DDF FZ-LLC makes no warranties regarding:

• Continuous availability of the Service.

• Error-free operation.

• Successful matches or interactions between users.

• Compatibility with every device or operating system.

• The accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dream DDF FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

• Your use of the Service.

• Your inability to use the Service.

• User-generated content.

• Unauthorized access to your account.

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Privacy

Your use of Viooba is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

The Privacy Policy is available within the App and on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Dream DDF FZ-LLC, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction over Dream DDF FZ-LLC, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Dream DDF FZ-LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

Where required by law, users may be notified of material changes before they become effective.

The latest version will always be available within the App and on our website.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
